Technical Support
How can I use
FTP to get the files?
You
may use IE to download files; however, we suggest you to install
a FTP client software which can resume interrupted transfer (such
as CuteFTP). You will receive our FTP server URL and account after
your ordering. That account will be cancelled after a specified
time period.
What
can I do if the connection breaks during file transfer?
If
you use an FTP client which can resume interrupted transfer (such
as CuteFTP), the files will continue to transfer to your computer
when the computer is online again.
